As a result of the caterers requirement for a minimum of 7 days notice to supply KDCS with food, your committee has decided the following rules must apply with immediate effect
If a member(s) does not to let us know they will be attending a particular lunch club then we cannot order your food as we have to order meals at least a week in advance.
With effect from March 2019, the only acceptable form of notification of attendance will be by email message, please.
All meals ordered must be paid for
